UL1007 wire is suitable for industrial control and automation:
PLC control system: low voltage signal transmission of sensors, relays, and I/O modules;
Instrumentation: internal wiring of test equipment and data collectors;
Robot harness: low voltage control circuit of robotic arms and automation equipment (flexibility requirements must be met).
UL1015 wire is suitable for industrial equipment and automation:
Motor/transformer wiring: used for motor winding lead wires and wiring inside control cabinets (high temperature and oil resistance);
PLC control system: sensors, relays, power distribution wires (600V withstand voltage is suitable for industrial voltage);
Mechanical equipment: internal power wire of CNC machine tools and packaging equipment.
UL1430 wire is suitable for industrial automation and control systems:
Sensor signal wire: encoder feedback line of PLC and servo motor (high anti-interference requirements);
